EMC laboratory
The EMC laboratory at Baudisch Electronic
Baudisch Electronic’s EMC laboratory has selected laboratory equipment that is regularly certified in accordance with ISO 9001. Our devices are strictly monitored and sourced exclusively from renowned brands. In this way, we guarantee a high-quality and accurate EMC measurement so that our customers can bring a reliable and safe product onto the market.
The highly qualified staff of the EMC laboratory with years of experience are available to our customers at all times. If tests are not passed, we define ways to rectify the fault, actively work on the circuit board and housing design and implement the measures directly on site in the laboratory. In addition, our customers regularly receive product-relevant information on new standards, changes to EMC legislation and amendments to EU directives.
In addition to measurements in the EMC laboratory, we can also carry out measurements on your premises with our mobile measuring equipment on request.
EMF measurements for risk assessment of electromagnetic fields
We also offer EMF measurements for risk assessment in the event of exposure to electromagnetic fields. Our experts are certified in accordance with DGUV principle 303-006 and are authorized to carry out the necessary measurements, calculations and risk assessments. This complements our comprehensive range of services and ensures that you can comply with all relevant safety standards.

What is EMC?
EMC (=electromagnetic compatibility) is an important quality feature of electronic products. To ensure the optimum functionality of a product, it must be resistant to external interference and at the same time not interfere with the function of other devices. For approval on the market, the manufacturer must ensure compliance with EMC standards and directives.
No interference from other devices
An electrical device must be resistant to electromagnetic interference to a certain degree in its intended environment of use.
No interference from other devices
An electrical device must not influence other devices by emitting interference. To this end, specified emission limits must be observed.
