Feasible tests
in the full-absorption hall

  • Standardized immunity tests according to IEC (EN) 61000-4-3
  • Standard-compliant emission measurements in accordance with CISPR 16-1-4
  • Standardized test and measurement procedures for electromagnetic compatibility in accordance with EN 61000-4-22
  • Emission measurements 30 MHz – 6 GHz
  • Immunity tests 80 MHz – 1 GHz with 20 V/m and
1 GHz – 6 GHz with 10 V/m, field strengths of up to 250 V/m can be generated during development

Measuring receiver
Rohde & Schwarz ESR 7

  • Frequency range: 9 KHz – 7 GHz
  • Execution of FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) based time domain scans
  • In FFT scan mode, the receiver measures up to 6000 times faster than with classic step-by-step frequency tuning. This makes it one of the fastest EMC measuring receivers on the market.
  • Frequency scans in the radiated frequency range can be carried out in a few seconds per test item position.
  • The use of the time domain scan is particularly advantageous for the evaluative measurement of conducted disturbance variables, for example disturbance voltage measurement.

Equipment and dimensions

  • Remote-controlled camera system for optical and acoustic monitoring of test specimens: With the new software from MK Messtechnik, we can automatically monitor the video signals, which means that no errors can occur during optical monitoring. On request, customers can receive the video/image
  • Automatically controlled test specimen turntable
  • Automatic polarization switching of the antennas
  • Testing of electropneumatic test specimens
  • Copper granulate chute for decoupling shielded cables
  • Filtered analog signals and galvanically isolated frequency
  • EMC controller, signal generator, amplifier, switching matrix and directional coupler
  • Max. Dimensions of the test specimen: 1,500 mm x 2,000 mm (W x H), weight up to 500 kg
