Due to the increasing market requirements and constantly growing order volumes in recent years, the necessity arose to invest in our machinery and to design a new, innovative SMD line.

The aim of the project was the realization of a high-performance SMD line, which is optimally adapted to the customer’s benefit and takes a pioneering position in the industry. The project was implemented in close cooperation with the placement machine manufacturer Fuji.

The result is an innovative SMD line that not only delivers consistently high-quality results, but is also characterized by the possibility of extremely dense and precise assembly of printed circuit boards. A special focus was placed on the ability to optimally assemble even special and very small designs, such as the 0201 and 01005 designs, which gives us a special position in the market.

The innovative approach and the outstanding result of this project prompted the renowned trade magazine Productronic to publish a detailed user report on the new SMD line. It highlights the challenges and special features that the project entailed and how we revolutionized the industry with our SMD line.
